Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

We strive to ensure our service and products are supplied in good faith. Our ethos of compassion is not limited to the content we offer. In the event of an issue of any kind simply email us and we will do our very best to resolve it in good time. The following is the legal jargon that we are obliged to include. Please be aware however that we will look at partial refunds should our systems show your child has not engaged with the course.

1. About this policy

This policy applies to purchases made from the website 11plusintensiveprep.co.uk, including access to digital lessons, quizzes, games, downloadable materials, progress information and related course support.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

2. Your 14-day right to cancel

When you purchase an ongoing subscription , you will normally have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of the date the contract is made, without giving a reason.

To cancel, you must send a clear statement explaining that you wish to cancel. You may do this by:

Please include the parent’s name, the email address used during registration, the date of purchase and the name of the course.

3. Immediate access to digital course content

You may choose to receive access to the digital course content before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

Before immediate access is supplied, you will be asked to:

  • expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and
  • acknowledge that once supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel that digital-content element of the purchase.

If we do not obtain this express consent and acknowledgement, your statutory cancellation right will not be lost merely because digital access has been provided.

UK online-selling rules require both express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost. This information must also be included in the contract confirmation.

4. Course-related services beginning within 14 days

Some elements of the course may constitute services, including individual support, administration and progress reporting.

Where you ask us to begin providing these services during the 14-day cancellation period and then cancel within that period, we may deduct a reasonable, proportionate amount for services already supplied.

Your right to cancel the service element is not lost merely because the service has begun. It may be lost once the service has been fully performed where the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

5. How to cancel

You may use the following wording, although you do not have to use this exact form:

To:MS J Anne, trading as 11Plus Intensive Prep
Email: [email protected]
Address: Ash House, Boxford, IP32 4EA, United Kingdom

I give notice that I wish to cancel my contract for the 11Plus Intensive Prep English and Verbal Reasoning course.

Parent’s name:
Email address used for purchase:
Purchase date:
Date of cancellation:

We will acknowledge your cancellation request by email.

6. Refunds following cancellation

Where a refund is legally due, it will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Where course-related services have already been supplied at your express request during the cancellation period, any lawful proportionate deduction will be explained before the refund is processed.

7. After the cancellation period

After the statutory cancellation period has ended—or after the cancellation right for digital content has been validly lost—refunds are not normally provided simply because:

  • the learner changes their mind;
  • the learner stops using the course;
  • the family’s plans change;
  • the learner does not complete the material; or
  • a particular examination or school-admission result is not achieved.

We may consider exceptional circumstances individually, but this does not create an automatic contractual right to a refund.

8. Faulty, unavailable or mis-described content

Please contact us promptly if:

  • course access does not work;
  • paid content is missing or unavailable;
  • the course is materially different from its description;
  • digital content is faulty; or
  • a service has not been supplied with reasonable care and skill.

We will first attempt to correct the problem within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.

Where a suitable correction is impossible or unsuccessful, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund under UK consumer law. The loss of a change-of-mind cancellation right does not remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content. Please note that this does not apply to any purchase explicitly described as “road tester”.

9. Examination results

This website is intended to develop relevant English, Verbal Reasoning and examination skills. Purchase does not guarantee:

  • admission to a particular school;
  • a particular standardised score;
  • success in an entrance examination; or
  • any other academic outcome.

This limitation does not affect your rights where the course itself is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
