In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the course provider named above.
“You” and “your” refer to the parent, guardian or other adult purchasing the course.
“Learner” refers to the child who has been registered to use the course.
2. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you register for, purchase or use the 11 Plus Intensive Prep English and Verbal Reasoning course.
Please read them before making payment.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have authority to register the learner;
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions; and
- you have read the Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the contract being formed. However by agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that accessing digital course materials constitutes a request of digital assets and therefore any legal right to cancel the digital-content element ends once access begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if the course is faulty, unavailable or not as described. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis and all circumstances will be considered in line with our ethos of compassion.
3. The course
The course is an online English and Verbal Reasoning preparation programme intended for children preparing for Year 6 entrance examinations.
The course may include:
- digital lessons;
- worked examples;
- interactive quizzes;
- vocabulary and Verbal Reasoning activities;
- arcade-style educational games;
- downloadable or printable materials;
- exam techniques;
- progress tracking;
- explanations and feedback; and
- parent progress reports or course-related support.
The complete course pathway contains six modules delivered across the four-week programme. Families retain access for three months, beginning from the date course access is issued unless a different access period is clearly stated before purchase.
The course does not include Maths unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Suitability
The course is designed to supplement a learner’s preparation. It is not a substitute for:
- attendance at school;
- professional educational assessment;
- specialist learning-support advice;
- medical or psychological advice; or
- checking the current admission requirements of individual schools.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding whether the course is suitable for their child.
Please contact us before purchasing where a learner has accessibility needs that may affect their use of the course.
5. Price and payment
The total price will be displayed before payment.
Payment is currently processed through PayPal. You may also be subject to PayPal’s own terms and privacy arrangements.
Your order is not complete until:
- payment has been successfully authorised;
- any required registration information has been provided; and
- we have sent or displayed confirmation that the order has been accepted.
There are no recurring subscription charges unless a recurring arrangement is clearly identified and expressly agreed before payment.
We will not add optional charges without your active consent.
6. Formation of the contract
The contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and provide confirmation by email or another durable format that you can save.
The confirmation will normally include or link to:
- the course purchased;
- the amount paid;
- the access period;
- these Terms and Conditions;
- the Refund and Cancellation Policy;
- cancellation information; and
- any immediate-access consent supplied during registration.
We may refuse an order before acceptance where:
- payment has not been authorised;
- essential information is missing;
- the order appears fraudulent;
- the course has been withdrawn before acceptance; or
- we cannot lawfully or practically provide the course.
Any payment taken for an order that we do not accept will be refunded.
7. Digital access
Course access will be provided to the email address or learner account associated with the registration.
You are responsible for:
- entering the correct email address;
- keeping login details secure;
- using a current supported browser;
- maintaining a reliable internet connection; and
- notifying us promptly if access details have not arrived or do not work.
Please check spam or junk folders before reporting a missing email.
Access is personal to the registered family and learner. Login details must not be published, sold or shared outside the household without our written permission.
8. Immediate access and cancellation rights
Digital products are covered by a 14 day garenteed refund unless they are requested. By agreed to these terms and conditions and making a purchase on this site you acknowledge that you are specifically requesting access to these digatal products. All refund requests are, however, considered on a case by case basis.

The required express consent must be obtained before digital content is supplied; merely placing this wording in the terms is not enough.
9. Course timetable and availability
We will use reasonable care to provide the course according to the published programme.
Course materials may be released progressively during the four-week programme rather than all being available on the first day.
We may make reasonable changes where necessary to:
- correct mistakes;
- improve explanations or accessibility;
- repair technical problems;
- update activities;
- maintain security; or
- reflect changes in examination formats.
Any change that materially reduces what was purchased will be addressed fairly, which may include providing an alternative, extending access or issuing an appropriate price reduction or refund.
We will not use this section to replace the purchased course with something substantially different.
10. Technical interruptions
We cannot guarantee that the website will be continuously available without interruption.
Temporary interruption may occur because of:
- essential maintenance;
- hosting or internet failures;
- security incidents;
- software updates; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a significant interruption affects paid access, we will take reasonable steps to restore access and, where appropriate, extend the access period.
This section does not remove your rights where digital content is faulty or unavailable.
11. Learner progress and results
Quiz scores, lesson completion records and progress information are intended to support learning.
They are not formal educational assessments and should not be treated as:
- predicted examination scores;
- diagnoses of learning needs;
- guarantees of readiness;
- school admission decisions; or
- substitutes for professional assessment.
Progress reports are based on the information recorded by the website and may not reflect work completed away from the platform.
12. No guarantee of examination success
The course aims to develop relevant knowledge, reasoning, confidence and examination technique.
We do not guarantee:
- success in an entrance examination;
- admission to a particular school;
- a particular score or ranking;
- completion of every activity; or
- that every school will use the same examination format.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including the learner’s existing knowledge, participation, examination conditions and individual school requirements.
This section does not affect your rights if the course is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
13. Acceptable use
You and the learner must not:
- share an account outside the registered household;
- copy or distribute substantial parts of the course;
- publish answers, login details or protected materials;
- attempt to bypass access controls;
- interfere with the website or another user’s account;
- upload malicious software;
- use automated systems to copy course content; or
- use the course for unlawful, abusive or commercial purposes.
If misuse occurs, we may temporarily restrict access while investigating.
Except where urgent action is needed to protect the website or other users, we will normally explain the concern and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it before permanently ending access.
Access will not be withdrawn arbitrarily.
14. Intellectual property
Course lessons, games, quizzes, explanations, graphics, layouts, downloads and original teaching materials are protected by intellectual-property law.
Purchasing the course gives the registered family a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for the learner’s private educational use during the access period.
You may print materials where printing is expressly allowed.
You must not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce the course for another family;
- upload materials to another website;
- sell or sublicense the materials;
- remove copyright notices;
- use course content to create a competing product; or
- record and distribute protected lessons or games.
Nothing in these terms claims ownership of work independently created by the learner.
15. Parent supervision
The course is designed for children, but the contract is with the purchasing adult.
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
- supervising appropriate internet use;
- protecting account details;
- ensuring that the learner takes suitable breaks;
- deciding how much preparation is appropriate; and
- contacting us where a wellbeing, accessibility or safeguarding concern arises.
The course should not be used in a way that causes unreasonable pressure or distress.
16. Communication
We may contact the parent or guardian about:
- account access;
- payment or order confirmation;
- timetable information;
- progress reports;
- essential service changes;
- security;
- support requests; or
- matters required to perform the contract.
Marketing messages will be handled separately and will not be sent merely because operational communication is necessary.
You are responsible for keeping your contact email current.
17. Faulty or misdescribed content
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its stated purpose and match its description. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill.
Where a problem occurs, contact:
We will assess the problem and try to correct it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
Where correction is impossible or unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
We do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. UK consumer law provides remedies where digital content is faulty or services do not match what was agreed or are not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
18. Our responsibility
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of:
- our breach of these terms; or
- our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
The course is supplied for personal and family educational use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue or commercial opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- statutory consumer rights.
Contract terms cannot lawfully remove responsibility for faulty or misdescribed content or unsatisfactory services, and unfair terms may be unenforceable.
19. Complaints

The Privacy Policy explains:

- how long it is retained;
- who may process it; and
- the rights available to parents and learners.
21. Changes to these terms
The terms that apply to your purchase are those accepted when the contract is formed.
We may update terms for future purchases.
We will not retrospectively impose a material disadvantage on an existing customer merely by publishing revised wording on the website.
Where a necessary change affects an existing course, we will provide reasonable notice and explain its effect.
22. If part of these terms is invalid
If a court or competent authority finds one part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply where legally possible.
23. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
As a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the law of the UK nation in which you live.
Nothing in this section removes a consumer’s right to bring proceedings in a court available to them under applicable consumer law.
